OUTDOOR HOCKEY LEAGUE
West Carleton is host to one of Canada’s beloved Outdoor Hockey Leagues. Outdoor Hockey (ODR) is a Dunrobin Community Association program in cooperation with the communities of Fitzroy Harbour, Constance Bay, and Carp. We welcome ALL surrounding communities to join us in the fun!

League Info:
Kids from 5 - 15 are welcome to join, regardless of previous hockey experience. Teams consist of the following age groups: 5-7; 8-9; 10-12; 13-15 Teams are mixed boys and girls
Our season runs from January to middle of March, and typically consists of 1 weekly practice (Decided by Coach), and 2 weekly games (Saturdays and Sundays).
Lastly, we have a year-end tournament for the league that is the first weekend of March Break. This is held indoors at the Carp Arena.
Full hockey equipment is a requirement! Practices are held at the Dunrobin Community Centre and games are typically on Saturdays between 9 and 1 pm. Games rotate between "home" and "away", which can be any of the rinks noted above.
Note: The deadline for registering for the 2025 season is December 16, 2024. This is to allow time for the convenors to form the teams.

The participant/guardian hereby acknowledges that due to the nature of the sport injuries may result. Participant agrees to wear the necessary protective equipment. Participants, parents and legal guardians are aware and acknowledge that their children are participating AT THEIR OWN RISK.
